金针菇为什么叫see you tomorrow?

　金针菇是一种很常见的菌类，经常被人们用来吃火锅。有些网站上把金针菇翻译成see you tomorrow，其实还挺形象*_*，但see you tomorrow并不是金针菇真正的名字。金针菇的英文名到底叫什么?今天我们一起来学习一下。 　　金针菇的英文名是enoki，是日语enokidake(榎茸)的简写，它一般还有两个名字：
　　golden needles
　　enoki mushrooms
　　American Heritage Dictionary 4th Edition对enoki的解释是：A widely cultivated mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) native to North America and eastern Asia, having a pinlike appearance that superficially resembles the bean sprout. Also called golden needles。其中提到了“针状外形”与“像豆芽”，这正是金针菇的特点。
　　那么，为什么金针菇被网友翻译成see you tomorrow呢?我作了以下调查：金针菇不容易消化，所以第二天排出体外的时候还能看见它原本的模样。口味稍重，但足以体现这个翻译作者对生活细致的观察*_*。
